Each year the Oil City Arts Council presents a summer Arts in the Park concert series free of charge to the public. A variety of musical styles is presented so as to appeal to all ages. While performers for all concerts are selected with children, youth and families in mind, children are the targeted audience for an annual Children’s Day event featuring hands-on arts related activities and special entertainment.
